Daniel Persson and Mike Haid Scam Millions From Players and Affiliates via RakeUpdate/RakeReducation/EliteAffiliateSoftware

Since Black Friday the RakeUpdate, RakeReduction, EliteAffiliateSoftware, Mike Haid, Daniel Persson et al scam has kicked into high gear. All of the sites are currently offline and players and affiliates are reporting on forums that they have been scammed for millions of dollars. I guess my five figure sum was just the beginning for these fraudsters...

All of the details are not yet known, and may never be, but so far I know the following:

Sometime around a year ago one of the original owners, Mike Haid left the business and Daniel Persson took over. Daniel Persson (dpersson@simianplay.com the other original owner) remained and turned all support and functions over to EAS.

Immediately after the change in ownership site started dropping payment percentages to both affiliates and players, cutting off some affiliates completely (like me - I had a great relationship with Daniel for years but once I was turned over to the new owners everything went south and my payments stopped completely), daily cashouts became inconsistent and were eventually canceled altogether and generally everything about support, payments and affiliate relations suffered. A site known for its honesty, integrity and prompt payments and customer service seemed to deliberately be turned into the worst kind of rakeback scam.

Fast forward to about three weeks ago, the sites are now all offline and support and payments have stopped altogether. They have absconded with millions of dollars in players' and affiliates' money and show no signs that they have any intentions of ever repaying it or even operating their websites on an ongoing basis.
